Zusammenfassung:Twelve contributors collaborated with the American Psychological Association in the publication of Reading and Understanding Multivariate Statistics (see record 1995-97110-000). The book empowers understanding of important multivariate statistical techniques with minimum call on mathematics. Humans need to cultivate and master multivariate statistics more today than ever. This volume sounds a call to incorporate such purpose into today's curriculum for human services professionals. Accompanied by a handful of ancillary books, Reading and Understanding Multivariate Statistics can provide the necessary text for elaboration of multivariate statistics in the graduate education of psychologists and related professionals. It thereby initiates fulfillment of a grave need to move multivariate statistics from cinchy inch-by-inch development into more holistic longer-inch developments.
