Zusammenfassung:We report a case of gastric pneumatosis with findings of air in the retroperitoneal and mediastinal spaces demonstrated by plain radiographs and computed tomography. Pneumatosis was considered to be due to gastric distention caused by involvement of the gastric outlet by disseminated hepatocellular carcinoma and was possibly promoted by intake of steroids and local radiotherapy.[PUBLICATION ABSTRACT]
