Zusammenfassung: | This study is to examine the vulnerabilities induced by neonatal drug delivery through developing innovative intravenous approaches centred on optimizing microchannel dimension ratios as a starting point. This research seeks the safety and accuracy in drug delivery for newborns by showing the capabilities of the microchannel-based devices surpassing traditional limits. The research analyzes the effect of different microchannel aspect ratio on drug delivery accuracy using a trade-off between precision and velocity in the medication of neonates. Going for a more effective therapy with lesser side effects the study explores mechanisms of constant drug delivery, sequential delivery and responsiveness to environmental cues. Proposed method includes using microchannel to control drug delivery rate with high precision and reliability. Essential parts like microchannel heights, widths and depths are discussed to tackle the pain of delivering the drug molecules precisely. Methodologies are a release study, finite element analysis, and microchannel fluid model where velocity and flow rate distribution in drug delivery are investigated in detail. This study’s primary outcomes of this study are aimed at an improved drug delivery system and elucidating the contributions of microchannel components to the same. This study illustrates microchannels as a powerful tool in neonatal drug delivery with dimension ratios as the essential criterion for efficacy and safety. The optimization of microchannel aspect ratios enabled drug delivery precision increase by 20%, decreased drug wastage by 15%, and improved flow rates by 25%. These alterations reduced the settling time by 30% while reducing the pressure drop by 10%, thus enhancing the efficiency and safety of neonatal care. The study findings have made significant steps toward the resolution of issues arising from transport of therapeutic molecules to newborns. |
