The text aims to analyze the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a tool to achieve efficient public management, with a focus on sustainability. Currently, there is a deficit in the incorporation of AI into public policies, which has limited the potential of administrations to optimize processes and resources for the benefit of citizens. To achieve this objective, a theoretical and descriptive methodology was employed, based on document exploration and bibliographic research of AI use in the public sector.
