Upon systemic administration of NPD via tail vein injection, NPD effectively penetrated the bloodbrain barrier and delivered proteolysis‐targeting chimera (PROTAC), to the intracranial lesions. At where, PROTACs bridged TAU and KEAP1 that induced tau ubiquitination and degradation through the UPS, in turn, improved the function of neurons, and prevented and treated Alzheimer's disease.
