Method for calculation of a combined dryer

With this article, the problem of determining an engineering methodology for calculating a combined dryer is considered. The article conducts a study of the drying process in a combined drying installation in order to determine thermal parameters and develop a methodology for calculating combined drying installations. The first stage should include determining the drying modes, the overall dimensions of the chamber, and the amount of heat required for drying. The initial and final humidity of the product, the drying speed and the dependence of the drying speed on the temperature and humidity conditions in the drying chamber must be specified. The characteristics of the product and the initial final moisture content of the product are determined, as well as the dependence of the drying speed on the temperature of the coolant or the density of the incident radiation flux.
