Zusammenfassung: | Giant cell tumors, however benign, are locally aggressive bone tumors with a high recurrence rate. The distal radius, distal femur, proximal tibia, and humerus are the most typically affected. A bone giant-cell tumor (GCT) in the distal ulna is extremely uncommon. Wide excision is typically advised in such cases, and a long chunk of the distal ulna may need to be removed. In such cases, the conventional treatment for GCT is distal ulna resection. |
