Zusammenfassung:Rotational seismometers can measure the rotational component to improve the gradient information of the seismic wavefield, which, when combined with the translational component, provides a complete and detailed measurement of the seismic wavefield. Nowadays, field seismic signal acquisition pays more and more attention to the measurement of rotational components, and the gyroscope can achieve the measurement of angular velocity. Considering the economy and convenience of the instrument, the rotary seismometer designed based on Micro Electromechanical Systems (MEMS)technology not only achieves the measurement of rotational components but also reduces the cost and volume to realize the instrument’s low cost and node type of the instrument.
