Zusammenfassung: | Cardiovascular disease, including many heart diseases, is still the top cause of death worldwide. The new ways to give drugs to patients are needed to make treatments work better and get patients to take them as recommended. As a result of recent advances in pharmaceutical technology, rapid dissolution oral drug delivery methods are now seen as a good way to improve treatment effectiveness and ensure patients take their medicine. Oral fast-dissolving films (OFDFs) have become a promising way to get drugs to the heart because they work quickly and are easy to take. This study looks at how the use of OFDFs to treat heart disease has changed in recent years, focusing on how they can be used with nanotechnology. We look at the formulation techniques, nanomaterials, methods of characterization, and possible uses of these OFDFs that have been improved by nanotechnology in heart care. |
