Zusammenfassung:Senescent Bone Repair The work constructed a TDN‐miR‐21‐5p nanocomplex based on DNA tetrahedral that promotes osteogenesis and alleviates senescence of O‐BMSCs, simultaneously enhances angiogenesis of O‐EPCs in vitro. In addition, TDN‐miR‐21‐5p@GelMA scaffold could promote senescent bone repair in vivo, which provides a novel candidate strategy for senescent bone repair and widen clinical application of TDNs‐based gene therapy.
