Zusammenfassung: | This study investigates the determinants of entrepreneurial intention among individuals in Romania's North-West and West Development Regions. An on-line survey was used to collect the data, while descriptive statistics and linear regression analysis were employed for data analysis. Findings indicate that factors such as knowledge about technical aid, professional attraction, and entrepreneurial capacity positively influence entrepreneurial intention, while age, knowledge about loans, and social valuation exert negative influences. Older respondents display lower interest in entrepreneurship. These results underscore the importance of targeted interventions to enhance supportive factors and mitigate barriers hindering entrepreneurial aspirations. Overall, the study provides valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and practitioners seeking to foster entrepreneurial ecosystems and drive economic growth in Romania. |
