Zusammenfassung:We developed a rapid and user-friendly method to detect bioactive terpenes in different Cannabis flower samples based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS). We validated the method in terms of linearity, repeatability, detection and quantitation limits and recovery. We quantitatively determine the amounts of six terpenes in seven Cannabis samples.
