Zusammenfassung:The company’s performance assesses a contractor’s success. Performance is the responsibility of everyone who works in an organization. The responsibility for the construction’s performance is not only taken by the company’s manager but also by collective teamwork from every party involved. A good company strategy, innovation, and activities roadmap will improve performance. One of the aspects is managing its SCM (Supply Chain Management) for better performance. The objective of this research is to analyze how Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Goal Congruence (GC), and Information Sharing (IS) impact a contractor’s performance. This research is using a questionnaire to obtain the data. Respondents in this research consist of 76 managers and contractor employees. The PLS-SEM method is used to obtain the result. The analysis showed that CRM and GC positively impact the contractor’s performance, while SRM and IS do not affect the contractor’s performance.
