‒air mixtures. The method is validated using the experimentally determined dependence of the excess air coefficient at the moment of lean blowout for different volume fractions of hydrogen content in the methane‒air mixture in a model combustion chamber. It is shown that the mathematical model of combustion of methane‒hydrogen mixtures satisfactorily predicts the boundaries of the concentration limit of combustion by lean blowout and can be used to determine the limits of stable operation of the developed combustion chambers of gas turbine power plants when they are converted to operate with hydrogen-containing mixtures. |
