Zusammenfassung:We would like to present a 49-year-old female patient who was presented with a vulva lesion and palpable inguinal lymph nodes who were diagnosed with disseminated multiorgan involvement of high grade diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The 18 F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography computerized tomography imaging showed multiple cervical, axillary, and abdominal lymph nodes, pulmonary nodules as well as gross hypermetabolic vulvar lesion.
