A New Furostanol Glycoside from Dracaena cambodiana

A new furostanol glycoside ( 1 ), along with spirosta-5,25(27)-dien-1 β ,3 β -diol 1- O-α- L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)- α -L-arabinopyranoside ( 2 ), were isolated from the leaves of Dracaena cambodiana . The structure of 1 was elucidated as (25 R )-26- O - β -D-glucopyranosyl-22 α -methoxy-5 α -furost-1 β ,3 β ,26-triol-1- O - β -Dglucopyranoside, which was determined by spectroscopic analysis 1D and 2D NMR, and mass spectroscopy (HR-ESI-MS in positive mode).
