Zusammenfassung: | The effects of different curing systems and fillers on mechanical properties and fatigue heat production of natural rubber were studied by adjusting the sulfur promotion ratio and the type and amount of carbon black in the curing formula. The results show that the natural rubber vulcanized by CV system has the characteristics of high strength and low loss, but the heat yield is still 18.6%. Although large particle size carbon black N770 is not dominant in mechanical properties, it can show excellent effect of reducing fatigue heat production, only 11.3%, which will have certain guiding significance for the design of low heat generation rubber materials for vibration damping components. |
