High‐Load Core@Shell Nanocarriers with Irinotecan and 5‐Fluorouracil for Combination Chemotherapy in Colorectal Cancer

Combination Chemotherapy Core@shell nanocarriers (scheme, top left) with a drug cocktail of irinotecan (ITC, core) and 5‐fluoruridine (5FU, shell) and a high drug payload demonstrate high cytotoxic efficacy in rectal cancer patient‐derived organoids (PDO cells: green; nuclei: blue).
