C NMR, and mass spectroscopic techniques. All the synthesized novel derivatives were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory activity. Molecular docking studies against COX-2 gave valuable insights into the mechanistic basis of the demonstrated anti-inflammatory activity. Further, the synthesized compounds were found to have potential antioxidant activity. |
