Zusammenfassung:Clitoria ternatea contains bioactive flavonoids as antibacterial, immunomodulators, enhances immunity and improves blood profile, increases feed production and efficiency. The objective was to evaluate the effect of Clitoria ternatea extract at different levels on production performance and H/L ratio in broilers. The research design consisted of 5 treatments and 4 replications with P0: water, P1: water+0.4% Clitoria ternatea extract, P2: water+0.6% Clitoria ternatea extract, P3: water+0.8 Clitoria ternatea extract %, P4: water+1% Clitoria ternatea extract. This study used RAL and Duncan’s test to determine differences between replicates. The result is the lowest feed intake P0 (62.59 g/day) and the highest P1 (81.09 g/day). The highest water intake was P1 (1.49 l/head) and the lowest was P0 (1.14 l/head). The lowest body weight gain was P0 (31.81 g/head) and the highest was P4 (77 g/head). The lowest feed conversion was P4 (1.61 g/head) and the highest was P0 (1.98 g/head). The lowest H/L ratios were found in P1, P2, and P3 of 0.20 and the highest in P3 (0.26). The conclusion is that 1% Clitoria ternatea extract has an effect on feed and water intake but has no effect on body weight gain, feed conversion and H/L ratio.
