Zusammenfassung: | CO2 was one of the key factors that caused serious corrosion of petroleum equipment and facilities. Aiming to address the problem of serious pitting corrosion in the impeller of an oil pump in a CO2 flooding field, immersion, and electrochemistry experiments were comprehensively analyzed in this paper. The results showed that the corrosion rate of FV520B steel increased exponentially with the increase of pipeline transport pressure and flow rate (R2>0.9), and the potential shifted negatively. With the increase of pipe pressure, the corrosion directivity of the specimen surface gradually disappeared, showing a distinct pitting area and a comprehensive corrosion area. This was due to cavitation under high pipe pressure conditions. |
