Zusammenfassung:The survey collected cross-sectional, retrospective data on perceived knowledge of sports bra designs and bra fit, prevalence of EIBP, mastalgia, and frictional skin injuries, their management strategies, and bra-wearing behavior. Mann-Whitney U-tests and Chi-Squared Tests compared respondent characteristics (age, breast size) between respondents who did and did not report EIBP, mastalgia or frictional skin injuries in the past season (p < 0.05). Discussion: The high prevalence of EIBP, mastalgia, and frictional injuries, as well as the athletes' perceptions of their knowledge of management strategies and sports bra design and fit, suggest that female RU players need more education on sports bras and bra fit.
