Zusammenfassung:Compared to contact method of gear measurement, the three-dimensional measurement method based on line laser has the advantages of non-contact, high resolution, and high efficiency. But the original point cloud data are two-dimensional coordinates and mixed with noise. How to use the data from the line structured light sensor for gear accuracy evaluation has become a key issue. Aiming at the characteristics of the three-dimensional point cloud data of gears obtained by line structured light sensor, a 3D point cloud data processing method of gears is proposed, including noise removal, spatial coordinate transformation, evaluation area, and other functions. The profile deviations of the involute helical cylindrical gear were measured through experiments and compared with the measurement results from the WGT3000 gear inspection center. The average error of the measurement method and the data processing method is approximately 3 μm, validating the gear measurement method based on line structured light.
