Zusammenfassung:The Aluminum metal matrix composites have better physical and mechanical properties as we know, the thermal properties of composites are like to discussed in the article. The composites have an ideal melting temperature of 660 oC and high chemical capability. To achieve safety and operations standards, they are always creating new materials and improving their qualities to keep up with emerging technologies. They went through early to advanced stages of developments. This behavior of aluminum matrix composites (AMCs) under various forms of thermal stresses is discussed in this review paper. Numerous applications, including automotive, brake-system, micro-processors covers were discussed in AMCs. These applications will be necessary at a range of temperature from high to cryogenics. This paper's primary goal was to compared how AMCs behaved during thermal cycling. Particle size can be reduced in AMCs to increase their resistance to thermal fatigue. Applications for metal matrix composites (MMcs) are found in industryto their excellent wear, stiffness, and specific strengthcharacteristics. Aluminum and aluminum alloys have been widely used in automotive sectors in recent years. SiC and MgO reinforced particles are used in this study to build aluminum-based composite materials. The SiC and MgO grains have been observed to be thoroughly combined with the materials that make up the matrix by looking at the microstructure picture. Aluminium composites with matrix structure are used in the production of a broader range of different items for the aerospace and automotive industries. These elements are contrasted with what the materials have to offer in terms of trio logical behavior, strength, stiffness, and weight ratio. The choice of aluminum matrix and the methods used in its manufacturing have a significant impact on the characteristics of aluminum.
