Zusammenfassung: | Internet of Things (IoT) is a concept that aims to expand the benefits of continuously connected internet connectivity. One of the implementation on IoT is design application use to monitor the renewal of certification on board. This research is Research and development (R&D). The research model used is a procedural model. The information gathering process is carried out factually using the four out of ten steps method, such as potentials and problems, information gathering, product design, design validation. Product validation is carried out by employees of PT. Humolco LNG Indonesia, the IT division, marine department division and Chief Officer of the vessel. The result is product design or development model is the design of an online renew certificate-based monitoring system that combines sensor systems on phototransistors that will send a signal to the microcontroller which later it will be processed into a display on the monitor screen. This electronic circuit works as an automatic monitoring system on the validity period of the certificate, ship location, ship maintenance, ship crew data. The research to be carried out is to design a monitoring system application based on online ship renew certification. |
