Zusammenfassung:Today’s technological growth is mainly due to the availability of pro- fessional software systems. These software systems are financially incomparable with the laboratory equipment necessary for the development, production and testing of new technologies recently. This work aims to point out the possibilities of using suitable software needed for designing and preparing the production of new designs. The laboratory device for testing and tuning BLDC motors was designed. The work contains electronic wiring schemes to which the methods are tested from personal practice. These schemes were subsequently redrawn into the surface joints. The necessary production documentation is part of this work. A separate laboratory device for testing the control methods of BLDC engines can only serve as a test unit of BLDC motors by capturing the thrust, speed speed, speed direction, temperature close to the engine, current and voltage. At lower speeds, capturing the rotor rotation angle is possible. The device is designed for two BLDC engines that can be tested in parallel. One engine is controlled by an H-a power supply directly from the FPGA, and the other engine controls via the ESC module based on the PWM signal generated by the same FPGA. The research aims to design a computer application for recording scanned values, their analysis and subsequent implementation into management.
