Zusammenfassung:Introduction & Objective: According to previous researches, the complexity of glucose time series index (CGI) may be a new indicator of glucose homeostasis. We aimed to investigate the relationship between the CGI during pregnancy and adverse pregnancy outcomes in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) patients. Methods: In this retrospective cohort study, a total of 388 singleton-pregnant patients with GDM were recruited and underwent continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) at a median of 26.86 gestational weeks.
