Zusammenfassung:In this study, we developed a plant air purification system. We evaluated the performance and effectiveness of the system. The results are as follows.1. The air permeability coefficient of the mixed medium was approximately 6.3 and 1.4 times higher than that of Akadama Soil and Seramis.2. The removal rates of formaldehyde under soil aeration conditions were 3.8 times higher than those under non-aeration conditions.3. The removal rates of formaldehyde in the underground part were 2.8 times higher than those in the aboveground part, and accounting for approximately 73% of the total system.
