Zusammenfassung:The investigation into the impact of carbon dioxide shielded welding on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of clad rebars was conducted. The results show that Widmanstatten structure and carbide-free bainite organizations were observed in the heat-affected zone of the clad rebars and the width was about 4 mm. In the simulated marine environment, the corrosion rate of carbon steel rebar-welded joints was approximately 6 times higher than that of clad rebar-welded joints, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the rust layer gradually transits from γ -FeOOH and α -FeOOH to Fe3O4, displaying densification.
