Zusammenfassung: | The study examines the specific features of the structure and composition of strata of the Tyushevskaya basin of Eastern Kamchatka, which formed at the site of the Vetlovsky basin, which is marginal marine in nature. This structure probably began to form in the Late Eocene–Oligocene. A scheme for its evolution is proposed. In the modern structure, sediments of the Tyushevskaya basin overlie the material complexes and structures of various terranes and participate in the accretionary structure of the region. Sedimentary formations are predominantly facies-variable coarse coastal-marine and/or deltaic sediments, which change upsection to deeper-water flysch formations. Oil-bearing manifestations are associated with these complexes. |
