Zusammenfassung: | Polycrystalline Nd2FeTiO6 [NFTO] samples have been prepared using the solid-state reaction technique. NFTO was indexed to the monoclinic crystal structure in space group P121/c1. Based on the main peaks, an average crystallite size of 54 nm was determined. As the temperature decreases, the sample’s impedance shows semiconducting behaviour. Peaks in the imaginary of impedance (Zim) data point to the possibility of a relaxation process occurring within the sample. The Nd2FeTiO6 sample has potential applications in several modern electrical devices. |
