Zusammenfassung: | Shipborne high-frequency surface wave radar can receive vessel target signals from both left and right sides of the shipborne platform, resulting in the ambiguity phenomenon of vessel target azimuth and uncertainty of target spatial positioning. This article proposes a method to eliminate the ambiguity of target azimuth by utilizing the different effects of platform heading changes on the direction-of-arrival estimation of targets on the left and right sides of the platform. First, the reasons for target azimuth ambiguity and the characteristics of the target signals on the left and right sides of the platform at different heading moments are analyzed. Then, the relationship between the variation of platform heading angle and the variation of target azimuth at different heading moments is used to eliminate the azimuth ambiguity; a solution to eliminate the azimuth ambiguity is given. Finally, the method is verified using field data, and the test results prove the effectiveness of the method. |
