Zusammenfassung:The quality of rapid diagnostic tests (RDT) is very important and affects prevention and further plans for confirmatory laboratory tests. The standards applied must also be in accordance with Indonesian environmental factors, in particular the rapid detection of drugs used and transported throughout Indonesia. Appropriate physical factor support can be a benchmark for agencies using rapid drug detection tools and manufacturers in designing drug rapid detection tools according to their needs to minimize losses caused due to the poor quality of rapid drug detection. To evaluate the association between various temperatures (extreme range) and rapid test effectiveness, we have recognized the effect size and standard error from relevant studies published before October 2020 were identified by searching ResearchGate, PubMed, and other databases. Studies were selected using prior defined criteria. The strength of the correlation between temperature and increased risk of rapid test effectiveness was assessed by the significance of effect size and standard error (JASP 16.0). The effects model is calculated by study heterogeneity. The bias of possible publication is tested by funnel plots and Egger's test. There was a significant between extreme temperature and rapid test effectiveness risk factor (p
