Zusammenfassung:There are a few inherent problems in the pixel circuits with independent Vth detection. A prominent issue currently is the interference of voltage fluctuation on the data bus on the Vth detection. Based on the analysis of the issue, a countermeasure scheme and the corresponding improved pixel circuit were proposed. The display demonstration and evaluation of the improved pixel circuit suggest that the proposed countermeasure for the issue is effective and the relevant artificial display of band crosstalk could be securely controlled under an acceptable level.
