Zusammenfassung: | In this paper, we demonstrated a very competitive RGB tandem OLED based on ViP technology that showed low power consumption and long lifetime. Compared to the traditional single OLED for mass production, panels based on tandem OLED can reduce power consumption by 29% and increase lifetime by more than 3.3 times. In combination with ViP technology, 8% efficiency improvement was obtained by optimizing the light‐emitting layer positions of RGB tandem OLEDs and thickness of cathode and capping layer (CPL), respectively, achieving a white light emission current efficiency over 134 cd/A. |
