Zusammenfassung: | The design of a single-sided cutting tool and a novel method of dimensional vibration dispersion of waste generated from collagen-containing materials are developed. Computer modeling of complex spatial vibration movements of the cutting part of the tool is used to construct hodographs and cross-section views. Options for controlling of the dimensions of generated chips are determined. Expressions for calculating the cutting force during chip separation and the dependence of the cutting force on angular velocities of complex movements of the tool are derived. |
