Land research on subgrade East Ring Road Kuningan West Jawa

Geographically, an area, especially in the hills that have a difference in height between points, can be said to have a land surface that is not flat. This can be a disaster in the form of movement of land or landslides in the rainy season, one of which is in Kuningan West Java which will be built East Ring Road. The research aims to find out the condition of the surface and soil as reference data to anticipate the shift of land when the project will run. Deep Booring surveys are used to determine the surface and soil structure so that an overview is obtained. Surface soil structure at 3 drilling points with a depth of 1 to 25 meters obtained layer 1 in the form of clay, layer 2 clay with a rock insert, layer 3 in the form of rocks with inserts in the form of sand and clay, layer 4 in the form of sand with gravel content. It also obtained the value of AC (soil activity) below the value of 1.25 which indicates that in general Land at 3 points has a normal contour and inactive.
