Zusammenfassung: | The article presents the results of studying ductility and deformation resistance of 13Cr steel grades 20Kh13 (0.2C-13Cr), 15Kh13N2B (1.5 C-13Cr-2Ni-Nb), 08Kh13N4M1FB (0.8 C-13Cr-4Ni-1Mo-V-Nb), etc. in the process of hot plastic deformation, which, depending on the study objectives, is realized by uniaxial upsetting or uniaxial tension and torsion methods, characterized by different stress-strain patterns of the metal. The obtained scientific information about the deformation properties and ductility of the studied steel grades served as the basis for developing logic behind the Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) technology to ensure the required level of product quality. |
