Metric Estimates of the Characteristic Determinant of Multipoint Problem for an Euler-Type Equation

We establish lower estimates for the characteristic determinant of a problem with multipoint conditions in the selected variable with simple interpolation nodes and periodicity conditions with respect to the remaining variables for an Euler-type partial differential equation. We consider particular cases in which either the interpolation nodes form a geometric progression or the real parts of the roots of characteristic equation behave as power functions at infinity.
