Zusammenfassung: | A method for the design and fabrication of short‐focus liquid crystal Pancharatnam‐Berry lenses is demonstrated. With Electromagnetic modeling of dual‐twist lens by finite element method, the relationship between lens diffraction efficiency and f‐number is revealed. A fabrication light path of preparing small f‐number and short‐focal lenses by polarization holography is proposed, and the small f‐number microlens array is prepared experimentally. Both simulation and experimental results are presented and discussed. |
