Zusammenfassung: | Gear transmission system is widely used in various equipment, and the improvement of its performance is of great significance. The friction and wear behavior and contact stiffness characteristics of gear contact interface have an important impact on the overall performance of gear transmission system. Due to different gear processing methods, the real tooth surface has different surface topography, and the corresponding friction and wear and contact stiffness will be different when considering lubrication.Firstly, the gear surface obtained by different machining methods is simulated by Fourier transform and Johnson transform, and then the three-dimensional line contact mixed elastohydrodynamic lubrication model is used to obtain the distribution of film thickness and pressure. On this basis, the friction coefficient can be obtained and the wear loss is calculated by using Archard model, and the variation of contact stiffness in the process of gear meshing is calculated. The variations of friction and wear and |
