Zusammenfassung: | A flexible technology for the production of high purity inorganic acids has been developed, which includes the stages of chemical purification, rectification, desorption, adsorption, absorption, composition correction, and microfiltration. It is shown that one of the most important stages of the technology is chemical purification, which makes it possible to convert volatile impurities into non-volatile ones, and also to carry out deep purification of acids from arsenic impurities. A pilot installation for studying the process has been created. Based on the conducted research, a chemical purification module has been was developed. |
