Zusammenfassung: | In order to achieve zero torque of the motor during charging process and to make the motor winding filter directly satisfy the requirements of grid harmonic filtering, this article proposes a new integrated on-board battery charger (IOBC) incorporating a segmented permanent magnet synchronous motor. It integrates three-phase, single-phase, and boost charging functions into a single topology, enhancing charging convenience. The charger employs series winding filters for grid harmonic suppression, resulting in an increase in grid-side filter inductance by a factor of 4.5 in comparison to the existing IOBC solutions. It offers ac charging functionality while maintaining unity power factor with a total harmonic distortion below 5%. These objectives are achieved by employing simple three-phase and single-phase control strategies. Simulation and experimental results are provided to evaluate the performance of the proposed system. |
