Zusammenfassung:By processing satellite data on the total electron content on a track between GLONASS, GPS, and ground receiving stations located in Primorsky Krai of Russia, disturbances of an electron layer with periods from 5 to 45 min, which are caused by natural atmospheric fluctuations, were identified. They affect the sea surface and are responsible for aquatic fluctuations with periods from 5 to 40 min.
