Zusammenfassung: | By studying the interaction between Bi1.3Sb0.7Te3 and InTe, the principles of phase formation in the InTe-Bi1.3Sb0.7Te3 system was revealed and a phase diagram of this system was constructed. It is shown that InTe dissolving in Bi1.3Sb0.7Te3 forms a solid solution, with boundary ∼1 mol% InTe at 300 K. Thermoelectric parameters of (Bi1.3Sb0.7Te3)0.99(InTe)0.01 solid solution depending on temperature have been studied. It was found that this homogeneous composition has acceptable values of thermoelectric power and therefore, can serve as a material for low-temperature power converters. |
