Zusammenfassung: | The influence of dosages of silicic acid fillers with different specific surface areas and a coupling agent on the vulcanization properties of elastomeric compositions based on a solution styrene-butadiene rubber was studied. It was established that an increase in the dosage of filler in the composition of rubber compounds leads to a reduction (by 1.58–1.98 times) in the induction period of vulcanization, an increase (up to 12.6%) in the duration of achieving the optimal degree of vulcanization and the production of rubber with a denser cross linking. The most significant changes were determined for compositions containing silica with a greater degree of dispersion. The dosage of the coupling agent also affects the kinetic parameters of the vulcanization process of rubber compounds, reducing up to 10.8% the time to increase the minimum torque by two units and up to 4.9% the time to achieve the optimum vulcanization. |
