Zusammenfassung: | Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way organizations operate, offering new tools and methods to improve efficiency, productivity, and innovation. This study examines the impact of AI in empowering human potential within organizations, focusing on the perception of managerial personnel towards AI's role in fostering organizational development. Using a quantitative methodology, the study surveyed 250 respondents to assess their views on AI's influence on organizational processes, employee performance, and the broader benefits AI brings to businesses. The results suggest that AI has a significant impact on organizational capabilities and is generally viewed favorably by management, highlighting the potential for AI to play a pivotal role in fostering human potential. Additionally, the findings point to a positive perception among managerial personnel towards integrating AI technologies into business processes. These insights contribute to a broader understanding of how AI can be effectively used to drive organizational growth and development. |
