Evaluation of Various Hormonal Parameters in Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Background: Several hormonal parameters tend to vary in Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), a condition characterized by abnormalities in the endocrine system. Hormonal level plays a crucial role in the impact incidence and therapeutic outcomes in the patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Aims and Objectives: the aim of the study is to understand that impact of hormonal parameters screening is Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). The objective of the study is to identify the correlation between hormonal parameters such as leptin. Progesterone, Follicular stimulating hormone levels. Methodology: A prospective observational cross study was carried out in the gynecology department of a tertiary care hospital patient demographics were collected and the hormonal parmeters such as leptin. Insulin, progesterone, FSH, LH levels were analysed. Results: Patients were divided into 2 groups. Case patients with PCOS patients and healthy volunteers as control. Leptin levels were greatly elevated (P
