Zusammenfassung: | The implementation of molecular switches within host–guest complexes allows the noncovalent ligation of molecular fragments, resulting in what E. Pazos, M. D. García, and co‐workers have termed stimuli‐responsive click chemistry. Their Concept article (DOI: 10.1002/chem.202400743) shows that these supramolecular systems are ideal candidates for controlling molecular conjugation on demand, opening up new possibilities towards a more function‐oriented chemical synthesis. |
