Zusammenfassung:The γ-Fe2O3 and Co, Ni doped γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles were synthesized from Ferric chloride, Cobalt Chloride and Nickel Chloride with the inclusion of catharanthus roseus flower extract under atmospheric conditions. The Co, Ni doped γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles was prepared with different molarity percentage. The structural, morphology and elemental analysis of the nanoparticles have been analyzed as well as the magnetic properties. The prepared nanoparticles were also investigated the potential against anticancer cells by MTT assay and the cytotoxic response of as prepared nanoparticles of MCF-7 (Breast Cancer cells) was observed the growth inhibition in dose-dependent manner. The synthesized Ni doped γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles showed the cytotoxicity effect than γ-Fe2O3 and Co doped γ-Fe2O3 nanoparticles.
